THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE LIMITED TO THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN. ANY ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS IN ANY PURCHASE ORDER OR OTHER FORMS DELIVERED BY CUSTOMER ARE HEREBY DEEMED TO BE MATERIAL ALTERATIONS AND NOTICE OF OBJECTION TO THEM AND REJECTION OF THEM IS HEREBY GIVEN. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH CUSTOM CABLES USA CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNLESS BOTH PARTIES HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN.

Custom Cables USA sells wireless products at low prices. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not provide technical support of any kind related to the installation, operation, or functionality of equipment that we offer except when explicitly stated in the advertisement. All questions regarding products must be initiated and resolved prior to purchase.

PRODUCT PRICING AND AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Custom Cables USA reserves the right to change pricing, products and specifications, or discontinue items at its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, component unavailability, manufacturing cost changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill Customer's orders.

PRODUCT RETURNS
Any item we sell that is not working properly (as defined by the item description) when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of guarantee. The item can be returned to the seller at no cost. The item will be tested to determine the condition of the product. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage, the item will be replaced or refunded. Buyer must notify the seller within 5 days after receiving the item of any problem that may require a return or refund. Extra time is allowed under special circumstances, which is at Custom Cables USA’s sole discretion.
We offer a 5-day warranty against DOA product. Our products are tested before they are shipped whenever possible. If we are unable to test an item, we will state that it is untested and being sold as a final sale.
Any damage suspected due to shipping must be reported within two (2) days of receipt.

We generally do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges for custom-made products. From time to time, Custom Cables USA may, in its sole discretion, agree to issue a return, refund or exchange; there may be a 5% to 20% restocking fee that applies, and all shipping costs should be paid by the buyer.

WE DO NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:
DUE TO THE NATURE OF RADIO FREQUENCY PROPAGATION AND THE NUMBEROUS FACTORS THAT CAN AFFECT OPERATING RANGE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC RANGE FOR YOUR APPLICATION. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY BECAUSE YOUR PURCHASE WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.
Customers are urged to contact a local Professional Installer for assistance in designing and installing any Products (See Recommended Cable Handling). Custom Cables USA does not provide installation services or design services. Therefore any assistance or advice provided by a Custom Cables USA representative in selecting equipment is given on a best-effort basis, and should not be relied upon for final decision of product selection by Customer.
Any buyers that order incorrect connector(s) or cable(s), please contact us immediately. We generally do not offer free exchanges or refunds for these types of errors that caused by buyers. You may be able to purchase an adapter, or, at our discretion, we may exchange it for you. If we do agree to exchange the product, there may be a 5% to 20% restocking fee and/or additional shipping charges may apply.
The buyer's inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased is not covered.
Software, software upgrades, and/or revision upgrades are the buyer's responsibility. Unless specifically stated, we do not handle software or firmware upgrades. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

SALES TAX, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, GOVERNMENT/MILITARY ORDERS
Custom Cables USA adds Sales Tax only to orders that are shipped to addresses in Oklahoma. Customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. Resale shipments inside the State of Oklahoma will be charged Sales Tax unless a valid Resale Certificate or Exemption is on file with Custom Cables USA AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. No credit will be given for sales tax paid on purchases made prior to such exemption being on file with Custom Cables USA. Sales tax is charged on the products as well as on the shipping and handling amount.

International buyers and Canadian Residents are responsible for their own duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. At this time, Custom Cables USA only quotes shipping charges for domestic US orders online; PLEASE contact us for international orders or the orderwill be delayed.
We may NOT be able to ship to PO Box addresses or some APO/FPO military addresses. Please contact us to confirm shipping availability, or provide an alternate shipping address in the Destination Field of the order. For US Government and Military Personnel, we will try to ship to APO/FPO addresses; in cases when we cannot, we will email/contact you about the order. Custom Cables USA will not be held responsible for any shipping delays resulted from such shipping issues.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an email or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Custom Cables USA reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by our Credit Department. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

PRICE MATCH and LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Lowest Price Guarantee applies to retail competitors only. The percentage that our Best Price may beat any one competitor's price could range from 1% up to 10%, and is determined and offered at our sole discretion. Custom Cables USA reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to withdraw any sales offer. Customers are responsible for providing proof of competitors' offers. Price matching exclude the following: used or second-hand items, clearance, special order products or services. Shipping/Handling and taxes (if applicable) may be additional.

APPLICATION DISCLAIMER
Products sold by Custom Cables USA are not intended for use in life support or other medical devices or systems, life-critical applications, emergency response or safety related systems, or in connection with any product using nuclear power, aircraft, aviation, aeronautical, aerospace, defense or related industries. Any such use of products sold by Custom Cables USA is at Customer’s sole risk, and Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Custom Cables USA harmless from and against any loss, claims, damages, liability, or cost (including court costs and attorney’s fees) resulting from such use or sale by Custom Cables USA’s Customer or any customer of Custom Cables USA’s Customer.
Due to the numerous factors affecting the operating range of radio frequency systems we specifically do not guarantee operating range. Customers are urged to contact a local Professional Installer for assistance in designing and installing any Products. Custom Cables USA does not provide installation services or design services. Therefore any assistance or advice provided by a Custom Cables USA employee or representative in selecting equipment is given on a best-effort basis, and should not be relied upon for final decision of product selection by Customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Custom Cables USA, its Directors, Officers, Employees and Representatives be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits arising out of the purchase, use or performance of the Products, whether or not it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL CUSTOM CABLES USA’S LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS EXCEED THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
In no event shall Custom Cables USA be liable for any damages whatsoever related to late delivery or failure to deliver, or for the costs of procurement of substitute goods.
The foregoing allocation of risk is reflected in the price of the Product.

THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED UNDER AND CONTROLLED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
