Question about Cable Length Selection during Check-Out
- If you are not satisfied with the product, please inform us immediately and we will issue a refund or exchange.
- If you over-paid for your products or shipping/handling, you will get a refund immediately.
- Upon refund, your account should be credited within two business days.
- Shipping cost will be paid by us if we are responsible for the exchange or refund.

We usually ship with expedited shipping methods
(3-4 days) within 1 business day upon receiving cleared payment*;
Items marked with "Short Wait" generally need 2-3 days lead time and will be shipped with 2-3 days' expedited mails.
Most products over 13 oz. will be shipped with USPS expedited mails (2-4 days). - Please inform us if you would prefer UPS or FedEx shipping methods instead of USPS, and we would try our best to arrange that. Small additional handling charges may apply. (USPS usually has the lowest rates.)
- You may add a text message during the check-out process (Text Box provided right before payment submission),
or EMAIL us right after your payment for any special concern for your purchase. - OVER-Charge:**Sometimes when you purchase more than one type of item online, you can be over-charged for shipping in the Paypal shopping carts - but DON'T worry! -
- WE WILL REFUND the extra shipping/handling charges back to you ASAP (normally within 12 hrs) even

e.g., 6 ft cable cost about $4 - 7 via Priority Mail (2-3 days) to continental US.
Online Tracking Numbers for Delivery Confirmation are usually provided (via emails) for FREE.

PO Box / Military Shipping Addresses:
We may / may NOT be able to ship to PO Box addresses or some APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us first to confirm shipping availability, or provide an alternate shipping address in the Destination Field of the order. In cases when we tried but cannot ship to such addresses, we will email/contact you about the order.

Cable Length Selection
As our name states, we offer CUSTOM cables to suit your needs. Therefore, when you buy a cable from us, YOU can select the length you desire. For example, if you purchase an 20 ft-to-30 ft cable listed on our website, you can add a text message during Paypal Check-out to request 30ft (a text box will be provided during Paypal Check-out), or you may Email us and tell us to make the cable 30 ft right after your payment. We usually assume that you want a cable at the max. length available. (Please also consider signal loss of longer cables.)
